Child Therapy (Ages 5–12)
$180.00

Children often express emotions through behavior rather than words. Therapy provides a safe space where children can explore feelings, develop emotional awareness, and learn skills for managing frustration, anxiety, and stress.

Sessions may include play-based activities, creative expression, and skill-building exercises that help children understand their emotions and develop healthy coping strategies.

Child therapy may support children who are experiencing:

• Difficulty managing emotions
• Behavioral challenges at home or school
• Anxiety or excessive worry
• Social difficulties
• Low self-esteem
• Difficulty adjusting to life changes

You don’t have to manage this alone. If your child is struggling with emotions, behavior, or anxiety, early support can make a lasting difference. Let’s talk about how I can help.

Adolescent Therapy (Ages 13–15)

Adolescent therapy may help with:

• Emotional regulation difficulties
• Peer or social challenges
• Identity and self-esteem concerns
• Academic pressure
• Life transitions

You don’t have to manage this alone. If your child is struggling with emotions, behavior, or anxiety, early support can make a lasting difference. Let’s talk about how I can help.

Parent Guidance
$0.00

Parents play an important role in a child’s emotional development. When appropriate, therapy includes collaboration with parents to provide strategies and tools that support children’s emotional growth outside of the therapy session.

Parent collaboration may include:

• Guidance on supporting emotional regulation
• Strategies for managing behavioral challenges
• Strengthening parent-child communication
• Reinforcing skills learned in therapy

You don’t have to manage this alone. If your child is struggling with emotions, behavior, or anxiety, early support can make a lasting difference. Let’s talk about how I can help.
