Sessions are tailored to support children and adolescents in developing emotional awareness, strengthening coping skills, and improving emotional regulation in a supportive and developmentally appropriate environment.

We offer a complimentary 10–15 minute consultation for parents or guardians who would like to discuss their child’s needs and determine whether therapy services may be a good fit.

This brief conversation allows parents to ask questions, share concerns, and learn more about the therapy process before scheduling an appointment.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as HSA and FSA cards. Payments are processed securely through our practice management system.

Healthy Hearts, Sound Minds Therapy Services currently operates as a private-pay practice. If requested, a superbill may be provided for clients who wish to seek reimbursement from their insurance provider for out-of-network services.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
